The view from the terraces is exceptional, sunrise and sunset are a party! Air conditioning in the master bedroom, cooling tile on the other levels. My place is close to the village (1.5 km), perfect for couples and families with 2 or 3 kids or with 5 adult friends. On a 2000 m² fully enclosed plot with gate and flower gardens. Carefully renovated and rated 3 Stars. WIFI ACCESS SWIMMING POOL heated from May to September 1 hour from the gorges of the Ardèche or Vercors. Wine Route, Cote du Rhône, Châteaux de la Drome, city of Nyons, Nougats de Montélimar, Provencal landscapes, roads lined with lavender and olive trees.

This beautiful 4-person cottage has two terraces. One side faces the courtyard with the sun at the end of the day (the patio) and the other overlooks the pool. Old restored farmhouse, MARIUS mixes old period stones, a fireplace, a vaulted ceiling and the warmth of wood. This cottage gives access to several spaces: swimming pool open from June (depending on the weather) to September, ping pong room, petanque court, courtyard with darts, foosball,... and a mini soccer field
