Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

The cottage is located in the village of Kompoi, a settlement just 5 km from the picturesque Venetian Koroni. It is 1.5 km from the famous Peroulia beach. It is a two-storey house on a 12-acre estate of olive trees and vineyards. The 30 sq.m. ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen-bedroom and an outdoor bathroom. The upper floor of 60 sq.m. consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a comfortable terrace with unlimited views of the Messinian Gulf.
