Vacation rentals in Charlotte County

“I rarely write reviews. I am writing this one on our stay here out of compulsion. There is much to rave about, but I will just write what my spouse and I consider to be the best of the best. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Don, the long-time resident who was very friendly and tanned. He quickly, but thoroughly, acclimated us to our stay in the Penthouse which offers the best view of the Ocean, and which is literally, 50 feet away. The Sunsets are spectacular. The wrap around balcony which sits directly above the heated pool, allows for totally unobstructed viewing of the beach where we enjoyed the people watching and the ocean life. The house was complete with EVERYTHING except, of course, our food which we purchased from a Publix grocery store just a few miles away. The Bed was so comfortable that my partner wants to buy one like it, even though we recently purchased a well researched bed at home for 2 grand. On our survey of the other rentals in the area, we concluded that we had found the best place for us with Sandy Toes. I will mention that May, as we discovered is apparently, Love-Bug season. I did find that the sheer number of them to be a bit overwhelming, but didn’t come close to ruining my experience. My 12 year old son, I think, would not agree with me. There is much more I could review, but I will close by mentioning that we booked our next stay for August, on our first day.”

“Great location, great house. Very private, very nice amenities. House have everything you ever need, we even found out fishing supplies, and had a chance to clean the car before long trip back with car vacuum and cleaning supplies (such small things you’ll not expect to have, but very nice). Super close to the beach, nice neighborhood, you can also watch alligators from your porch ( what is so cute, cause we visited Everglades NPark half of a year ago, and saw just couple aligators, definitely not such great experience as we got renting this house 😄). The only thing we noticed, that beds are not really comfortable ( But with our awesome experience that was fine) we wanted just watch aligators and swim in the pool, definitely not sleep😄😄 Thanks the host for our unforgettable stay! Definitely come back!”

“What a great vacation house. The layout and furnishings were impeccable and the neighborhood is the best area in Punta Gorda. You can walk to everything, Ponce Park, Fishermans Village, Harpoon Harry's and Gihlcrest Park. When I say everything has been thought of, I mean everything. Two coffee makers, a Kuerig and a Mr Coffee. The refrigerator even has every condiment you can ever need. You feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The beds are super comfortable, the shower has awesome water pressure and the spa/pool is so relaxing. The lanai is well furnished with very comfortable furniture and the view to the water is beautiful. Seen some real nice Sheepshead right off the bank next to the boat lift too. Don't pass this property up, you would regret it.”
