Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Our home is set up for one large family or multiple couples that are ready for a coastal get away. We are 16 miles from Bandon Dunes Golf Complex, 13 miles to Horsfall ohv, 12 miles from Whiskey Run Mountain biking, less than 2 miles from the Charleston boat launch, 5 minutes to Shore Acres State park, and walking distance to a collective group of restaurants and bars. The area is prime for crabbing, clamming, or fishing. Guide service recommendations are available.

We are 3-1/2 miles from the North Bend (McCullough) Bridge and only about 5 miles from the nearest beach, Horsfall Beach, and the famous sand dunes.
