Located in a pretty Dordogne village, this converted barn is the perfect getaway for couples and single travellers. The bakery is a 2 min walk as is grocers, pharmacy, butcher and bar/restaurant. The popular destinations of Brantome and Aubeterre are an easy drive, as are the cities of Périgueux and Angoulême. Accommodation is an open-plan kitchen-sitting room and first floor bedroom with ensuite shower. Air-conditioning. Private south facing courtyard with storage. Not suitable for children.

Pretty little cottage, fully equipped, heating included, sharing our tennis court, pool, 'pitch & chip' golf, set in our 20 acre garden of undulating grass and wild flower filled meadows, edged by copses where nightingales nest every year and sing all night long. In July/Aug we offer 2 breakfasts and a 4-course menu (sometimes in the freezer) with carafe of wine for every 7 nights booked [No obligation]. Country walks, gorgeous local village, Grand Brassac. Périgord Vert A 15 km de BRANTOME, 2 km de LISLE (Tous commerces). Proche de la Dronne (500 m) pour baignade, pêche ou canoë Gîte de charme, ancien séchoir en pierre composé de 3 chambres dont une de plain-pied avec un lit double et une salle d'eau + WC. A l'étage une chambre avec un lit double, une autre avec un lit double + un lit simple et une salle de bains avec WC. Grande pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, accès vaste terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la campagne. Jardin privé et clos.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre grange récemment rénovée, offrant une vue imprenable sur la Dronne et le moulin du pont, d'où vous pourrez pratiquer randonnée, VTT, canoë, pêche à la ligne, promenade en barque, baignade... A moins d'un kilomètre, le bourg de Tocane offre toutes les commodités. Entre Brantôme, Périgueux et Ribérac, vous pourrez découvrir au gré de vos envies la richesse du patrimoine, les marchés colorés ainsi que les nombreux festivals de l'été.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Bienvenue dans notre cabane en bois avec son feu de cheminée et sa barque. La cabane se trouve au bord d'un étang et à coté d'une forêt. Ici vous trouverez le calme et les sons de la nature. Nous habitons dans une impasse dans un petit hameau, à 2km du centre de Ronsenac, 5km de Villebois-Lavalette et 25min au sud d'Angoulême.
