Maisonette with a garden and, at the bottom, a terrace suspended above the sandy beach with direct access, south facing; it is accessed by a path of 100 metres; 2 pergolas: the one in front allows you to have lunch facing the garden and the sea; the one behind has a small wooden room for a 3rd fully independent bed, small kitchen and shower room with sink and shower; possibility to accommodate a 2nd child (5 to 10 years old) in a bunk bed in the living room with a fall protection barrier.

It is located in the parish of Vale, a 5 to 10 minute walk to Bordeaux Harbour and beach where you can enjoy walking the beautiful Guernsey coastline. It is a 10 minute walk to shops, takeaways and supermarkets. A peaceful space to relax in your own private garden. Bookings must be made for a minimum of a week, from Saturday to Saturday in season. The bungalow is private, quiet and well located with the bus stop just outside. ** Please note we can accommodate 4 x adults plus a child up to the aged of 5 (the 5th bed is a toddler bed) plus a baby as we have a travel cot. The bungalow wouldn't be suitable for 5 adults in total due to bed space ** We provide baby/toddler items including a travel cot, toys, high chair enabling you to travel lightly.
