Maisonette with a garden and, at the bottom, a terrace suspended above the sandy beach with direct access, south facing; it is accessed by a path of 100 metres; 2 pergolas: the one in front allows you to have lunch facing the garden and the sea; the one behind has a small wooden room for a 3rd fully independent bed, small kitchen and shower room with sink and shower; possibility to accommodate a 2nd child (5 to 10 years old) in a bunk bed in the living room with a fall protection barrier.

Brand-new self-contained two bedroom bungalow, perfect for two to four guests. It is located in the parish of Vale, a 5 to 10 minute walk to Bordeaux Harbour and beach where you can enjoy walking the beautiful Guernsey coastline. It is a 10 minute walk to shops, takeaways and supermarkets. A peaceful space to relax in your own private garden. Bookings must be made for a minimum of a week, from Saturday to Saturday in season. We are 10 minutes walk to Beaucette Marina, Pembroke Common and Pembroke Beach. The bungalow is private, quiet and well located with the bus stop just outside. ** Please note we can accommodate 4 x adults plus a child up to the aged of 5 (the 5th bed is a toddler bed) plus a baby as we have a travel cot. The bungalow wouldn't be suitable for 5 adults in total due to bed space ** We provide baby/toddler items including a travel cot, toys, high chair enabling you to travel lightly.

This beach bungalow has a wonderful calm feel and will allow your troubles to melt away. The Villa is a great place for a winter holiday boasting a fabulous log burner for wonderful cosy nights by the fire.
