Villa Kormoranos has a private pool and is two-storey, built on the rocks with stunning and unobstructed views. It consists of a very spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a WC. In the living room there are 2 spacious sofas joined in a corner shape, which can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The ground floor has spaces with access for people with disabilities, namely an entrance with a ramp and a bedroom with a suitable private bathroom. In this bedroom there is a king-size bed, which can be divided into 2 single beds. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. In the bedroom with the 2 single beds, upon request of the guest, they can be joined to form a king-size bed. A heated pool is available upon request for a minimum of 2 days, at an additional cost of €60 per night. Advance notice of 2–3 days is required, as the pool is exposed to the north and, especially during the winter months (December–March), more time is needed to reach the desired temperature. It is possible to swim in the sea below the villa, weather permitting, by carefully descending the rocks.
