Sirena Shelter

A refuge located in front of the sea, it was built on the basis of two recycled 40" HC shipping containers that total an area of 60 m2. On its floor we find a living room, kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom. This refuge is located in front of the Ola de Sirena, an exceptional spot for water sports such as KITESURFING, WINDSURFING, SUP and SURFING, among others. Primera línea frente al mar con una fachada totalmente vidriada con cristales termopanel de piso a cielo  que hacen de la vista un espectáculo las 24 horas. La casa tiene 3 habitaciones: 2 matrimoniales (1 en suite), y 1 con 2 camas de 1 plaza. 2 baños de piedra laja y madera, cocina equipada, terraza con piscina de 2x2.8 y antena Starlink. It is build in a sustainable way with a dry toilet (which saves a lot of water ) and has been built with mud walls so it keeps warm in the night and pleasantly cool during the day. It is located on an organic farm, which offers fresh vegetables.

The apartment is located facing the sea. It has a single terrace set terrace and grill. It is full equipped (directv go, air conditioning, wifi, closet in each room, microwave, toy, electric toaster, hair dryer, set of pots, and crockery for 6 people, among others). It also has ample parking. Clean linens and hand towels are delivered at the time of guest entry. No noise is allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
