It opens onto a lawn with a lovely view of a pond of more than 1 ha. Ideal for unwinding, hiking, discovering a green region of forests and meadows where beautiful Limousine cows graze. Saint Leonard de Noblat, the beautiful medieval city is 15 km away, Lake Vassivière is 20 minutes away, Lake Bujaleuf is 8 minutes away.

Downstairs, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and a master suite. You will be greeted by Guy and Elisabeth who live on the estate. You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, cottage cheese) in the neighboring farm.
