Large stone gîte, independent with 2500 m² of land with relaxation area, children's games (trampoline, swing, sandpit, archery...) ON SITE: hiking trails, mountain bike path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. 30 min from the highway (Valence).

In winter, heating is done with a pellet stove that we provide and/or with electric inertia radiators.
