You will find all the comforts of a warm cocoon restored with passion, with its closed and secure garage for your "beauties", as well as the possibility of making repairs, tools available. Ideally located, (20 minutes from Clermont, 15 minutes from Besse, 10 minutes from Saint-Nectaire), the accommodation is on a small street with very little traffic (serving 6 houses) with adjoining parking. We chose to keep the whole in a large furnished room in order to offer the maximum space available to 4 people. New accommodation rented on 08/10/25

Vous entrez par une baie vitrée qui distribue le salon et la cuisine, l'ensemble se situe en rez de cours sur lequel se trouve un espace repas. Accedez à l'étage par l'escalier pentu , vous trouverez une chambre spacieuse dotée de trois ouvertures, ce qui vous permet de profiter d'une vue bien dégagée sur le jardin . La salle de douche et les toilettes sont séparées.

In the center of Champeix, a typical Auvergne village, this fully renovated studio is located on the first floor of a village house with independent entrance. Tourist village close to Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and the Auvergne lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butcher shop, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).

On the first level, the suite includes a relaxation area with Balneotherapy, a volcano bed, a stage, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower area with a rain showerhead. A second level dedicated to pleasures with swing, St. Andrew's cross, tantric sofa... To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer extras such as late checkout, champagne and many other surprises.

This unusual accommodation is the result of a restoration of a vineyard hut that belonged to my grandfather. Located at the foot of the Sancy, a few kilometers from the first houses and shops. It has a remarkable view of the Forez mountains and Montpeyroux. 30 min away you will find lakes (Aydat, Chambon), castles (Murol, La Bâtisse), Puy de Dôme and cultural sites (Gergovie, Vulcania, etc.). Enjoy a soothing, quiet and comfortable place to recharge your batteries.
