The White House

In the center of Champeix, a typical Auvergne village, this fully renovated studio is located on the first floor of a village house with independent entrance. Tourist village close to Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and the Auvergne lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butcher shop, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).

This unusual accommodation is the result of a restoration of a vineyard hut that belonged to my grandfather. Located at the foot of the Sancy, a few kilometers from the first houses and shops. It has a remarkable view of the Forez mountains and Montpeyroux. 30 min away you will find lakes (Aydat, Chambon), castles (Murol, La Bâtisse), Puy de Dôme and cultural sites (Gergovie, Vulcania, etc.). Unusual and warm accommodation located near the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nearby you can find many tourist attractions, hiking trails, as well as the Super-Besse ski resort. Not to mention, of course, exclusive access to the estate's jacuzzi, to recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

You enter through a glass window that distributes the living room and kitchen, the whole is on the ground floor with a dining area. Go upstairs via the steep staircase; you will find a spacious bedroom with three openings, allowing you to enjoy unobstructed views of the garden. The shower room and toilet are separated.
