“We spent almost a week in the small permaculture paradise. Since we were there during the crazy corona times, we were able to benefit from the stylish idyll or the hospitality even more, because we were the only guests and were therefore warmly involved in family life! If you want, you can bring in gardening and farm work at any time, or you can just let your mind wander, use the surroundings for hiking and enjoy the ultra delicious (4 times a day) Nepalese delicacies - according to the motto of Let the bed be spoiled on the plate. We are very grateful to you guys for your love, care and warmth! Namaste!”
Innate Pension offers peaceful and comfortable accommodation on the outskirts of the beautiful mountain town of Dhulikhel. We have hot water, wifi, 24-hour electricity, and there are beautiful mountain vistas just 2 minutes walk from the house.
“Stayed with Uttam for two days. He was an outstanding host and made me feel really at home. Unexpectedly I was travelling alone and he went out of his way to spend time with me. Cooked excellent dinners, introduced me to his friends and took me on a guided walk on one of the days. Also took me to a temple one evening to hear chanting in a beautiful local temple. He really couldn’t have been kinder and if you want to experience a real Nepalese experience don’t hesitate to stay here. Something of interest to me was that you can catch a bus direct to Pokhara from Dulikhel. (If like me you want to avoid Ktm! Taxi to his place direct from the airport and bus to Pokhara😀😀)”

“I was very comfortable in the farm and with Kamal's family. Goma his wife is a wonderful cook and a lovely personality. She made many simple but delicious authentic vegetarian Nepalese meals like Dhido Sisnu all from farm grown vegetables and grains or herbs from the jungle. Buffalo milk curd and butter was served together with farm honey. I enjoyed the children in the farm most of all. The accommodation was simple as expected on a farm but adequate for a comfortable stay. Because its at a higher altitude it was colder than expected but manageable with proper clothings. Kamal took the trouble to pick me up from Banepa and we travelled in a milk van to Dhungkharka village town. The walk up from the town takes about 1 hour but it lends charm to the farm. And neighbours along they way invited us for tea. Tourists are a taste sought in these remote parts of Nepal I felt so much of affection from these strangers who not so long ago had lost their homes in the quake. .but it didn't daunt their spirit. I will certainly visit Kamal again. ”
