Le Laurier is located in the countryside of southern Charente, it is a traditional stone house completely renovated and comfortable with a closed and wooded courtyard in the middle of meadows, woods and fields! Not adjoining, not overlooked. Hiking trails. Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Studio by the River

Independent riverside studio in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers sur Boëme 15min from the center of Angouleme. The accommodation and access are completely self-contained, private terrace and common garden. The studio has a large 160 cm bed, a kitchen and dining area (hob, Airfryer, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave and toaster) and a large connected TV Linens and towels are provided.

My place is close to Angoulême and its international comic book fair, Francophone film festival...Located in the South Charente near the Dordogne, the small village of Aubeterre.... You will appreciate my place for its calm and independence, it is located in the heart of the Charente countryside.... My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids) and four-legged friends.

Two terraces, one of which is accessible directly from one of the largest bedrooms and from the ground floor hallway, the other from the kitchen area.
