A minimalist modern concept home, consists of 3 Bedrooms enough for 6 people, and a sofa bed for 2 people, linens are always replaced New.All rooms are equipped with AC and en-suite bathrooms. Comfortable family gathering space is equipped with a smart TV. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, cookware and cutlery, washing machine. There is a free drinking water. There is a pool that can be used for relaxing .

Modern house in city center only for family group

ONLY FOR GROUP OF FAMILY NO PARTYING My house is located in the center of Yogyakarta. It takes only 7 minutes by car to go to tourist destinations such as Malioboro and Keraton (royal palace) and only 5 minutes by car to a lot of famous traditional restaurants in Yogakarta. You would love my place because the neighbourhood is very safe and calm.
