Bienvenue à la Mésange Bleue à Cénac (Gîte Clairière) ! Aménagé dans l'esprit "micro-maison à la campagne, notre gîte de 25m2 offre un espace intérieur optimisé. Une cuisine aménagée avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et coin-repas, une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et un espace nuit avec de nombreux rangements. Une belle pièce de vie ouvrant sur sa grande terrasse privative de 50m2 entourée de chênes, véritable invitation au repos et à l'évasion, le tout idéalement situé à 10mn de Sarlat.

Ancienne bergerie en position dominante jouxtant la boucle des chênes verts à quelques minutes à pied du bourg de la Roque-Gageac. Profitez d'un superbe panorama sur la vallée de la Dordogne à la lisière de la forêt. A l'intérieur, un grand salon, deux chambres sous comble, salle d'eau, WC puis une seconde partie cuisine/salle à manger et à l'étage, chambre, salle d'eau/WC. A l'extérieur, une grande terrasse couverte, une piscine épousant les contours de la falaise et la forêt de chênes verts.

My place is a perfect base in Sarlat for touring and relaxation near many interesting places like Lascaux. It's close to restaurants and dining, and you can walk to the historic centre. It’s good for families (with kids) and big groups. It's stylish, with a heated salt water pool and WiFi, open fire, two kitchens and UK and French TV. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighbourhood, and the outdoors space. And it's close to lots of castles and prehistoric caves. EV charger.

Beautiful restored country house near Sarlat

Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.
