Charming & Modern Condotel overlooking Taal Lake

I own several modern rooms in Splendido Hotel, located in Tagaytay, Batangas (overlooking Taal Lake). I am based in London so would like to rent my rooms out to guests visiting this spectacular part of the Philippines! I can assure you that it will be much cheaper booking through me, rather than directly with the hotel :) Each room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children below 10 years old only. For 3 or 4 adults see ‘other details to note’ section.

Our unit is a penthouse at top floor of Miami Tower facing the beach side (Paris Beach Club, Wave pool, Lap swimming pool, Kids pool, Beach Volleyball Area, etc can be found) and have 2 bed rooms, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 bathroom included hot shower, microwave, split type air-con, two-door refrigerator, sofa, dinner table, safety box, beach towels, etc. Also this Resort Residences is very near the three of Manila airport terminals.

My place is situated in MYNA Building. It is about 200m away to the beach through walking, and 2-min by shuttle. It is near the man-made lagoon. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the mountain view. My place is good for couples, solo adventurer, business travelers, and family (with kids). It is a good place to unwind from your work stress and can serve as staycation.
