Nature lovers house with private pool

Quinta da Vinha is a gem for nature lovers, beautifully located in the valley of Reriz. The birds and the river which is a 5 min. walk from the property, are the most present sounds. We have a 14mx6m swimming pool with salted water (no chlorine), in a 1400 sm garden, with a lot of shade spots and sunny spots, a barbecue and an amazing view. The small cottage is ideal for a romantic escape, one bedroom and a kitchen/living room with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay.

I pick up at a rural house. Its location within a mountain village, at 850 m altitude and surrounded by a magnificent natural setting, offers from this point, fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay. We are close to two Portuguese regions par excellence. The Douro region, to the north and the region of Dão to the south, with the city of Viseu, as a district headquarters, served by the following roadways: A 24 and the mythical EN 2.

Tiny home

BENFEITO COUNTRY HOUSE

My space is in the Village of Campo Benfeito (Villages of Portugal), in the Serra de Montemuro, with granite houses, pure water sources, historical monuments, lots of nature and, above all, very hospitable people. This is where the Montemuro Theater and the Capuchinhas are based. It is about 20 km from the historic city of Lamego and 30 km from the Douro. A lot of people who visit the PAIVA Walkways come here to stay. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

This property has a strong emotional connection with my mother-in-law "Geninha", because this is where she spent her childhood and part of her youth. When life took her away from this isolated village in the deep interior of Portugal, she always missed and wanted to do something for her native village. Then came the possibility of fully recovering this old house, bringing it to modern standards of comfort, amenities and decor. We hope you enjoy it and enjoy it!

Moradia com 2 suítes. Moradia no centro histórico da vila de Castro Daire. No concelho existem diversos trilhos, a Serra de Montemuro é um excelente cartão de visita e existem vários baloiços com paisagens fantásticas, bem como a mítica Estrada Nacional 2. A sua família vai estar perto de tudo ao ficar neste lugar bem-localizado. Desfrute de uma experiência elegante neste espaço de localização central.

Casa Viva Rio Nodar 1

House right next to the Nodar River beach. It has a calm, typically rural atmosphere and an admirable view. The house is in the village of Nodar, near the Serra do São Macário and the village of Pena. Near the house there are several trails, the Magic Mountains are an excellent business card, and there are several swings with fantastic landscapes. Paiva Walkways and 516 Arouca Bridge are 20 km away.
