Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Private Guesthouse - with outdoor space

Relax and rejuvenate in your private guest house and spa. Swim at a nearby beach for sunrise, then get warm inside and out in the sauna, hot tub & outdoor shower. Lounge away reading and relaxing in a peaceful & private walled garden. Use the full kitchen in the guesthouse or the Weber gas grill, eat inside or outdoors. Take in the expanse of stars in the hot tub, enjoy premium movie apps, drift off to the best sleep ever. More suitable for 1 couple in winter-spa cabin isn’t for winter sleeping.

Crab Lane Studios

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Harbour View, Wexford Town

Located in Wexford Town, Harbour View has uninterrupted sea views from the living room and main bedroom. Beautifully decorated with all mod cons for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the centre of Wexford town and all amenities ie restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Approximately 20 minute drive to the beautiful Curracloe beach and Raven's Nest Trail, Rosslare Harbour, Kilmore Quay and many other scenic attractions. Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. We charge €25 for hottub or sauna for one use. 2 person per cabin only.

The Lodge

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This tranquil, cosy, brand new getaway is perfectly located, within 10 minutes from Wexford Town and 10 minutes from Curracloe Beach and Raven Point (wildlife reserve). The private detached Lodge is situated on the grounds of our home.
