Idyllic environment surrounded by wild nature, located in a pinewood on the edge of the lake with direct access to the beach. Ideal for couples, the house consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and extra bed or optional cradle, bathroom and large terrace overlooking the lake. Place that invites you to rest, with the possibility of carrying out nautical and sports activities. Pets are allowed, except february, march & april due to pine processionary.

Small apartment on the first line of the reservoir with magnificent views in a private development in the San Juan reservoir, direct access to the reservoir and its private beaches (just a 3-minute walk away). The little house relax.

The house is surrounded by nature, you have trees inside the house that are fig, fir, apple, quince, plants, oregano, good grass, rosemary ... You can enjoy inside the house with a fireplace and with two living rooms with lots of peace and tranquility. Just 43 km from Madrid. In winter you will be very comfortable with the heating and fireplace. In summer you have the house very cool, especially in the basement living room.
