Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Véritable coin de paradis Protégée par le calme de la forêt au coeur du triangle d'or, cette authentique périgourdine est située dans un hameau magique à 15 minutes de Sarlat. Rare et atypique, cette maison est mon trésor ! ⚠️2 chats adorables sont à nourrir lors de votre séjour. Très reconnaissants avec les hôtes, ils ramenent parfois des "cadeaux" (oiseaux, mulots) qui ne sont pas toujours appréciés par les humains !!! Pensez svp à emmener vos draps, housse de couette et taies d’oreiller.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous accueillir au coeur du Périgord noir, à proximité de tous les sites majeurs à visiter, à 800m de la Dordogne, à 7 km de Beynac et 17 km de Sarlat. Notre gîte de trois couchages convient fort bien à un couple avec enfant. Il est constitué d'un séjour/ salon/ cuisine, d'une chambre avec lit de 140 et une chambre avec lit de 80, salle de douche/wc, terrasse privative et parking gratuit dans la propriété. Le gîte se trouve proche de tous commerces.

In the heart of Périgord Noir, this traditional Périgord house has retained all its charm. The accommodation opens onto a pretty terrace with spectacular views over the Dordogne valley and Josephine Baker's castle. Absolute quiet, large garden and shared swimming pool (17x6m) with 3 other gites in an old barn (not overlooked). Situated on the hillsides, the house is just a few minutes' drive from some of the most beautiful sites in the Dordogne.
