Close proximity to the center of Treillières and 10min from the Tram. The farm has another 3-bedroom cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.

Nort-sur-Erdre Gite

Charming accommodation along the Nantes to Brest canal, 5 minutes from the city center of Nort sur Erdre. Completely renovated, it includes a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large shower, an upstairs bedroom and separate toilet, all overlooking a private outdoor courtyard with garden table. Rental per night: 65 euros (2 nights minimum). Weekly rental from Monday to Friday: 250 euros. Towels, sheets, linens provided: 15 euros/stay.

We welcome you to our comfortable gîte, on the ground floor of our Nantes house, in a green setting, located at the crossroads of the Vélodyssée and the Régalante. You can relax on the terrace or by the pool. The shops and the port of Sucé-sur-Erdre are 4 minutes away by car, the Erdre and the small port of La Guillonnière are a few minutes' walk away and Nantes is 25 minutes away by tram. Parking and bike shed are at your disposal.

A studio, comprising bedroom, bathroom (shower and sink), kitchenette and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th to 18th century) in a quiet, flowery and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. You will have a second bedroom adjoining the studio, with two single beds, which you can see in the photos. A folding crib is available. the beds are made upon arrival.
