La Casa de San Juan, Artemi Apartment

ARTEMI apartment is one of four apartments available at La Casa de San Juan. This accommodation is spacious and shares a common area with the other apartments, which includes a swimming pool with chill-out cushions. The bedrooms are very comfortable and have TV and windows to the outside. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen shares an area with the living room and dining room, all integrated in a harmonious way and leading to a small terrace for coffee moments overlooking the pool. This apartment is on the first floor of the house. The kitchen has all the necessary complements for cooking, it is like being at home. For access, there is a digital system so that the opening is done from your own mobile phone.

Beautiful holiday rental with shared pool in a beautiful natural setting located in La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, near the Campo de Golf de Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers. It´s ideal place to escape a couple, with friends or family. Has its own garden 1 bedroom private double bed, 1 bathroom and kitchen -living room with a sofa-bed. Bed linen and towels are included. Is recommendable to rent a car as much to reach the town to tour the island, because the bus service is reduced.

Las Rocas - Canarian house - heated pool + garden

A beautiful restored traditional Canarian farmhouse located in the country but just a few minutes from town. The house has lovely views of the mountains and the sea which you can enjoy from one of the many outside areas. This is our family home and has everything you'd need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool, gas barbeque, sun loungers, outside sofas and even an exercise area with weights and a bike. La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has recently been renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Colonial House El Indiano. Casa Miguel

The house was built in 1912 by Mr. Alejandro Hidalgo y Romero, who made his fortune in Cuba. The building is an excellent example of the Modernist or Art Nouveau style of Las Palmas from the early 20th century. Our grandfather acquired the building in 1946, and it has been the family home ever since. We have tried to preserve the essence and flavor of the old days and combine it with new amenities. We hope you enjoy it!

Once covered with roof on top where you can have your dinners, lunch or breaksfast and the other one beside the swimming pool, under the sun with table confortable for 6 persons and 2 sunbathe. There is no construction beside our building since september 2023
