The Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa is a queen memory foam mattress. We have an HVAC ductless unit for comfortable temperature control all year round. Electric fireplace for ambiance.

Living and dining room has a great open floor plan, the sofa sectional has a queen size bed and the bedroom has a queen size bed also. We are in walking distance to Sunny Farms country store and the Olympic Discovery Trail and the Dungeness River. Located between Sequim and Port Angeles give you many beaches, Hurricane Ridge, Lavender farms , winery and Olympic Game Farm.

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. You will feel like you have stepped back in time. But thank goodness you will have all the modern amenities and creature comforts. Large patio with BBQ and porch swing, a second story deck with a territorial view and view of the Straights. Very close to the Olympic Discovery Trails, Sequim Bay State Park and Marina, Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, Dungeness River Audubon Center and Railroad Bridge Park. The Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge and Deer Park are close enough for day trips and Neah Bay and the coast are approximately 2 hours away.
