Timberlandia is a secluded tranquil getaway, but only 15 minutes from the Airport, 20 minutes from West Des Moines Jordan Creek, and 25 minutes from downtown. Our cabin is great for romantic getaways, family gatherings, festivals, retreats & wedding stays.

Our farmhouse homestead retreat offers the quiet and private country space, while being conveniently located near the airport and downtown Des Moines and the Iowa State Fairgrounds. This 5400 sq ft home offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a 500 sq ft Master Suite that has it’s own private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The property sits on over 2 acres with a comfortable walkout back porch with a fire pit. It is perfect for extended work trips, short term rental opportunities and groups.
