Tiene una piscina grande en su patio para refrescarse & disfruta de un rato relax ya que es un lugar tranquilo. En el patio también cuenta con mesa de dominó & bbq. Tiene una terraza cómoda con vista a la piscina desde donde puedes comer relax. Hay comedor exterior, asientos, una silla mecedora & varios juegos de mesa para disfrutar en grupo.

Toda la casa tiene aire acondicionado, wifi, smart lock. Ofrece una atmósfera llena de paz y relajamiento para para disfrutar de un espacio abierto con cálido sol y un ambiente familiar. Cada cuarto y sala tiene aire acondicionado, la casa de dos piso solamente se está alquilando el primer piso por ahora el segundo piso está bajo remodelación.

You will find restaurants and supermarkets minutes away, many popular beaches within 20-30 minute drive. Shopping Mall 3 minutes away, ATM machines, downtown souvenir shops and much more. You will also be able to enjoy Yauco's famous Yaucromatic, amazing street art located on Calle E Sanchez Lopez right down town.

A simple comfortable space located in a quiet urbanization for you to feel at home. The apartment is completely private, but you will share the patio. The room has air conditioning, tv and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people and a tv where you can watch Netflix. There’s a mini electric stove, mini refrigerator and a microwave in the kitchen. Wifi included and a desk in case you need to work or study. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you.
