Parking space in front of the pavilion. Ideal for a family and fully equipped.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

It is located in a condominium but totally isolated at the end and the only one in the beach with a 700-square-meter garden, with direct access to the ocean. A cocoon to relax hidden under the trees ,have an aperitif, take a nap ,play board games : a pallet living room lit at night !!! The house is very close to the center, really quiet ,with a private parking space
