The Casita is a self catering, rustic Cottage / Tiny house for 1-2 Adults, not suitable for children, nor infants. Situated in the Paraje Natural Karst de Yeso, (Nature Reserve), of Los Molinos del Rio Aguas, Sorbas. La Casita contains the basic solar power requirements on a low energy consumption. Only digital devices are welcome. Private parking, kitchenette , wifi, hand made soap, log burner, smoking area/patio. I have implemented the cleaning recomodations by Airbnb, dew to corvit virus.

Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

The penthouse has a large terrace at an angle, so it always has a sunny and shaded area, especially to enjoy dinner on the terrace. It has a grill for barbecues. It is only 60 meters from the beach and from there you can access a large number of routes through natural landscapes. It is an ideal apartment at any time of the year, since everything is outside and Carboneras has such a good climate, both in winter and summer you can enjoy the terrace.

Beautiful penthouse with very good views.Two bedrooms with double bed, AC in living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, vitro, electric oven, microwave and all kinds of utensils. Wifi. Two terraces of about 13m2 each, garage space and five minutes from the beach. To access the apartment there is a small flight of stairs on the top floor. Mascostas are accepted (see house rules and cleaning fee)
