Marta's choice! My colleague Marta suggested me this villa, located in the centre of Nerja. She wanted to make a bet that this would become a very popular villa. In her opinion, our clients wouldn't mind to pay a bit more. But I had my doubts... the villa was and is not cheap, although the interior is of good quality. Finally, we were able to take something off the price and made it happen... Location and outside area And our clients love the villa!

Perfect for families or friends, our 3-bedroom house is just a 7-minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes to the Balcon de Europa. Enjoy an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, three sun-catching terraces with sea and mountain views, and a quiet pine tree backdrop. Two bedrooms open to the large terrace. There are toilets on both levels, upstairs a WC and downstairs 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The communal pool features sun beds, umbrellas, and toilets.
