Luxury House Escarpas 5 suites

Located in Escarpas do lago, this house offers a large leisure area overlooking the local dam, a swimming pool with a waterfall and infinity edge, shower, sun loungers and an outdoor table. The space connects to a full barbecue area, with a sink, beer maker, extensive wooden table and washbasin. The open concept kitchen and TV room are integrated into the leisure area. Also on the same floor, there is a pantry and laundry area (with a washing machine), a bathroom and a spacious en-suite. On the second floor, there are four other large en-suites. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The second floor also has a free room, where the four single mattresses available in the house can be arranged, if necessary. In the background, there is a green area. Covered garage and Wi-Fi complete the amenities found on the premises. Gather family and friends and come and experience incredible days in this house that we affectionately call the “yellow submarine” because of its yellow-tiled pool.

Spacious marina close to town, away from the city noise, with an incredible view of the mountains, Lake Furnas and the marina. It's just 3 km from Capitólio Mall. There's a swimming pool with a shallow end (for children) and a deep end of 1.50 m. We are proud of our many free-flying birds. The sunrise and sunset are a spectacle in themselves, and at night, stargazing is incredible. High-end house in Escarpas do Lago - Capitólio. With a swimming pool, barbecue, toilet and a beautiful view of the condominium. It accommodates 14 people and has six suites: 3 queen beds, 1 double bed and 6 single beds. All suites have ceiling fans. The house is spacious, bright and very well ventilated. It has a living room with TV, sofa and armchairs. The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, dining table for 16 people and utensils in general. BED LINEN AND TOWELS MUST BE BROUGHT.

House of the Highest Standard in Escarpas do lake (Capitol). New house, very well furnished and decorated, has Wi-Fi, TV 65 Living Room and TV 55 master suite, air-conditioning art cool lg in all rooms. The house has a sauna and Jacuzzi (from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.) and a swimming pool. Ideal for families with good taste and who want luxury. I don't rent to bachelor parties. I offer Trussardi bed linens and towels (amount paid separately if the customer is interested).

I offer a charming house where my grandparents lived in the Dique region, 3 km from the center of Capitólio or 3 km from Highway MG-050. We are close to hotels and inns, a quiet and cozy place that has a stream and hiking trails, and is also easy to access to Lake Furnas (600 meters), and other tourist attractions in the region.
