Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. The light pours into the spacious living room from dawn, as it faces the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The residential development is located on the outskirts of town and has an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 minutes to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada. 10 minutes to Nevada Shopping Center and PTS.

Casa Cerezo. Mulhacen and Veleta views.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

Very quiet cottage, cozy and above all cool in summer and warm winter. It is located in the Barranco del Poqueira, exactly in Capileira, the highest of the three that form it ( pampaneira, bubión and capileira). This place is the most suitable for nature lovers, where you can do different activities such as: hiking, horseback riding, climbing, high mountain biking, visiting the Buddhist center,( a perfect place for meditation) etc...

La Casa de la Bombilla verde, an original cottage

Trevélez, the highest village in Spain (1500m) is known worldwide for its Iberian hams. Located in the Sierra Nevada, the house at the top of the village (Barrio Alto) is on the way to the GR7, GR240 and Mont Mulhacen, the highest peak in mainland Spain 3478 m.
