The Dune Shack is a classic Venus Bay Beach House, perched high on the Dunes. The Shack is perfect for unwinding and watching the clouds, birds and kangaroos move across the landscape. The Shack is a 5min walk to the Village Shops, 15min walk to a Patrolled Beach and only 45min drive to Wilsons Promontory. Just 2 hours from Melbourne, a beautiful sustainable house situated in the stunning Cape Eco village; Banksia Bliss is the ultimate beach getaway. The award-winning house is just a short walk through community gardens to the popular beaches of Cape Paterson (700m). The local pub is also a short stroll away. The Eco village has fantastic paths for walking and cycling, pickleball courts, and a great playground for kids. Be prepared to encounter native wildlife such as kangaroos and echidnas.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Birdsong Cottage

Wake to the sound of birds and enjoy our quiet tree lined location. Featuring 1x queen and 2x King Single beds, a fully renovated interior, with a modern kitchen, high end cooking appliances and a cosy wood stove to keep you warm on a winters night.
