The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

High above Pacific City on historic Hill Street stands Storm Watch Lodge. With a west view of the Pacific Ocean, Pacific City, and Cape Kiwanda. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for up to 4 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a double bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The original timbers, natural wood walls and original flooring creates the environment to just breathe. We respect our neighbors and follow the Airbnb no parties policy.

The Alaia Beach House

Our home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by natural wetlands and walking trails leading you over bridges to the Nestucca River. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.

Stunning Sandlake estuary and coast views are abundant from this property. Enjoy a mix of new and handcrafted furniture, cement counter tops, and plush beds. This property is a bird watcher's dream with an expansive covered deck and large windows. Only minutes to the beach, (the new Sitka Sedge State park and Whalen Island is 1/4 mile, Pacific City a 7 minute drive), this property offers easy access to all the coast has to offer.

This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.
