Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

Walk just 5 minutes to Long Pond where you'll find a small beach, basketball court, and playground. Drive 5 minutes to Bass River Beach, Pirate's Cove mini golf, and the scenic Cape Cod Rail Trail. We offer complimentary electric vehicle charging for guests, so you'll never have to worry about running out of power (see notes below). We hope you enjoy your stay!

Cape Cod Classic Cottage Near Forest Beach

See Cape Cod at its most traditional in this cozy, fully renovated cottage. Get a good night's sleep in the cozy bedrooms with central a/c and blackout shades. Prepare for the day in the clean and bright interior. Pack up your beach chairs and cooler and take a short walk down to Forest Beach. Grab your bike and hop on the Cape Cod Rail trail nearby or take a short drive into charming downtown Chatham. After a day in the sun, unwind in the hammock or enjoy a BBQ on the deck.

Rose Cottage on Alden Way

This charming 2 bedroom is less than a mile to Sea Street (Keyes) Beach on Nantucket Sound. Two blocks to Main Street with restaurants, shops and art galleries. The area is very walkable. The home has central air, internet, flat screen TV, linens, towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is stocked but has no dishwasher or washer/dryer. A parking pass for Barnstable beaches included. Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, professional landscaping and a BBQ.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Your own private entrance suite with private bathroom. Super comfy, Tempurpedic adjustable bed with remote control! Any position you like! TV with Firestick internet, fridge, AC, microwave and drip coffee pot. Nice sunny patio seating area right outside your door and a parking spot if needed. We are pet friendly with pet fee. Just let us know who coming to stay! It’s not a huge space, but who comes to Ptown to spend all day in their room anyway! 😀🌈🐕

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

The Arthur Cross Suite is on the first floor of the historic Lucy Cross House with unparalleled views of Commercial Street. The suite consists of a large bedroom with a queen bed, a large bathroom, air conditioning, and a separate sitting room with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. The Mews is steps away. Commercial Street is right outside your windows and the beach is just 60 feet away! WE NEVER CHARGE A CLEANING FEE!
