Entire home available Located in the Chartrons district, the apartment has a multitude of shops in the immediate vicinity (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket) as well as the bus and tram to reach the city center in 15 minutes. The best way to get around Bordeaux is by tram, it will take you directly to the city center (4 stops) of the Grand Théâtre. A Vcub station (city bike rental) is close to the apartment. From Bordeaux St Jean train station Take tram C, Quinquonce stop, take tram B (direction Cité des Vins, Berges de la Garonne) Cours du Medoc stop. 5-min walk and you've arrived at your destination. Bordeaux Airport: Bus: take line 1, stop at Palais de Justice, take line 4 (direction St Louis), stop at Gaussen or St Martial. 2-min walk and you're there. The rental includes the provision of sheets and towels, the dishes must be done, the garbage cans emptied and the used towels must be in the laundry basket as well as the sheets before departure.

Find us on social networks: SurlaplaceCetois We are on the top floor of a new residence, very quiet, without traffic. It has a terrace facing south and air conditioning. Located at the Bassins à Flots in Bordeaux (type: on-vous-emmene-en-balade-le-long-des-bassins-a-flot), close to the Cité du Vin, and the Garonne river, it is only a few minutes walk/bike/tram (and boat!) from the city centre. It is suitable for families and quiet travellers. There are no parties allowed.

Relax in this spacious and elegant accommodation, completely renovated in the spirit of the Bassins à Flots, a former industrial district of Bordeaux. Charming apartment with decorative fireplace and exposed stones. Located about a hundred meters from the docks, with all the shops nearby (Intermarché, Carrefour market, Monoprix, pharmacy...) and tram B at the end of the street (10 min to reach the hyper center and one stop to La Cité du Vin).
