This is a very spacious 2-story 1,000 sq-ft apartment with a bedroom, lounge/bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a full size bathroom, a kitchen, and a wardrobe closet. There are 3 TV screens in this apartment, one in each room. There are security cameras located outside the building and in the common entrance hallway only, but not inside the front door of the apartment. There are 2 free parking spaces next to the apartment. Our fitness gym is accessible from Main St for our guests only.

Conveniently located under 2 miles from EXIT 108 on I-5 at the very end of a cul-de-sac in a family friendly neighborhood. 600-square feet and lots of natural light and tall ceilings. We have several rivers, lakes and waterfalls all within an hour or less drive time. We are centrally located for a day trip to the Oregon Coast, Crater Lake or Diamond Lake. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business, and families with children. Whitewater rafting and jet boats both within hour drive.

Come and enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay where you can put your feet up and unwind inside of our beautiful 100 year old quaint cottage, or enjoy the gorgeous private scenery and wildlife surrounding it. Many which include a variety of birds, deer, our residential goats, pig, horses, bunnies, and our seasonal pond with mallards and frogs. This is a shared guest property, and the parking and entrances are completely separate! Open the windows, listen to the creek, or sit on the porch and look at the trees. We are on the way to the North Umpqua river, many hiking trails, waterfalls, and Crater Lake!
