Entire house, very central next to the Town Hall, no noise, easy parking. The house has four spacious rooms with windows to the outside and well lit. Three of them with double beds and another with two single beds. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, reverse osmosis water tap, Italian coffee maker, kitchenware and TV. The house has two bathrooms with a bathtub. The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. It is a completely new accommodation, very well located, with lots of light, it has air conditioning in all rooms, 200m from the town hall and a large supermarket, on the same avenue where a gym is located, the heated pool, restaurants, gas station, laundry etc. ideal for workers working in the area.
