Fully renovated apartment, all outside five minutes from downtown and Arenal beach, with free parking in the area, next to a garden with park and basketball court. All very white, very clean and with lots of light. Apartment with large windows in all rooms, kitchen, large living room with balcony, bedroom with 1.40 bed and another with two 90 beds, full bathroom with natural light. It has everything you need to be comfortable but with spacious spaces and nothing charged. It's a second floor with no elevator in a few neighbors building.

Beach and city.

We offer a spacious apartment (100 m2) for several families. Newly renovated, in Ribeira and a short walk (50 meters) from Coroso beach. It has 4 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room space with the integrated kitchen. Being located on the fifth floor (watch out, it has no elevator) allows you to enjoy a view of the entire Arousa estuary, being able to distinguish with a simple view of O Grove, Arousa Island and Ons Islands. It has a grocery store in the same building, very comfortable!

Enjoying the estate is a privilege, with its walks, its vineyards, its chestnut trees, everything makes you feel that you are in a special place. Ideal for families. They will be able to enjoy the pool, sunbathe , sports ( the estate has 4 hectares ) , barbecue... with beaches close to Furnas , Areas Longas, ....) , Atlantic beaches in which to do water sports as well as take long walks. Near the finca there is supermarket, pharmacy and typical village bars in which you will feel welcome.

Casa Boa enjoys a fabulous stand alone location overlooking the beautiful Ria de Muros y Noia. The property sits proudly above the coastal path just a stone’s throw from the ocean and a charming little beach. The larger beach of Casa Boa is only a 5 m walk from the house. It’s the perfect retreat to get away from the madness of modern day life. Despite its secluded location, the small and enjoyable towns of Noia & Porto do Son are within easy reach by car (Santiago de Compostela 30 minutes).

The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a kitchen, and a living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa, plus a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation also has a washing machine, sheets, and towels.
