The views from the top floor are out of this world!

There is a picnic table and charcoal grill in the patio, under leafy trees. Safe and quiet place (No lake in the back, no water front).

Watch the nightlife going on in the entertainment district across the island. There is limited beach view from the balcony off the Livingroom. The main view is of the Island and Bay.
