Reformada, de 30m2, muy luminosa, dormitorio con cama doble, baño, sala con cocina totalmente equipada y sofá-cama doble, jardín y terraza con piscina compartida. A 30 min en coche de las calas de la Costa Norte. Lugar ideal para practicar senderismo y ciclismo. Situado a tan solo 14km de Palma y a 25 min en coche del aeropuerto. El pueblo cuenta con supermercados, varios restaurantes y polideportivo municipal.

Our house is close to cafés, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.
