Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished with comfort in mind, this Rincón Beachfront Retreat with its comfy coastal decor provides modern conveniences with authentic coastal charm. From unobstructed sunsets viewed from your seat on the balcony, to choosing from a multitude of water sports, to having a sumptuous meal at one of the nearby restaurants, there is no limit to your experience here at our Rincon Beachfront Retreat. This device provides limited data access for emails, social media, music, etc. * The gate that previously accessed the beach directly has been damaged and is currently being replaced. Any condiments you find can be used. Below the electric stove top you'll find 3 drawers; The top drawer has coffee, creamer, sugar, splenda, coffee filters, a smoothie blender, and various seasonings for your convenience. Middle drawer has extra hand towels, Saran wrap, and foil. Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans, etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/microwave oven. Please use the plastic splatter cover provided when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall-controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional sofa that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching TV. The bed extension easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows, and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this king-sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium-firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high, but my 5-foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an air conditioner & wall-controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness. This can be achieved by opening the windows and carefully sliding the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't pinch them! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen-sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control for the smart TV above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall-to-wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers. Other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet, you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet, you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels, and much more. WORK DESK/MAKEUP STATION; The large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and notepads are located in the right drawer. You'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: the wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you'll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large one is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout bands, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/bulky. BATHROOM: It contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand-up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels will be available for all guests. A bucket with a hair dryer, a curling iron, and a flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used. BALCONY; 2 chairs and a convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in the living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. OUTDOOR GROUNDS; 2 community gazebos with built-in grill/sink BBQs located outside front on the grounds. Outdoor beach chairs surrounding the pools. Outdoor shower Outdoor bathroom. Outdoor bathroom. 2 swimming pools for adults and 1 swimming pool for children (easily accessed by pulling the handle through the door and turning the handle from the inside) much easier than fumbling through the keys. You'll have access to all of the complex amenities including the coin-operated laundry center, 24-hour access to a small private beach accessible from the side of the complex, pools and grounds (2 gazebos built in sink and grills) and the entire condo along with outdoor gear etc. Please note that you will also have access to TWO assigned parking spots, which are included for the duration of your stay. For those who want to be away from the action on the surfing beaches, Corsica is a quieter, uncrowded option. A car rental from the airport is a MUST as you'll be able to access everything within minutes driving. Renting a car from the airport is a MUST, as you can access everything within minutes by car.
