Spacious studio for 2, beautiful surroundings

Self contained open plan studio, double bed with luxury bedding, kitchenette and full bathroom with amazing views over British farmland and the Lakeland hills located in the Eden Valley, very peaceful and tranquil. All you need for a relaxing break in the lakes, perfect for stop over on route between North/South Balcony for breakfast with a view, overlooking fully secure patio / garden area. exceptionally clean and well looked after. Refurbished in 2022 dogs allowed with £20 fee per stay.

Cosy Town centre Hideaway

Enjoy easy access to all amenities from this centrally located apartment. Situated in a quiet courtyard, beside a handy Italian restaurant (noise isn't an issue due to the position of the building) and only 5 miles from lake Ullswater.A comfortable, spacious living space, with two king size bedrooms and one comfy double. First floor bathroom with over bath shower, The top floor bedroom has en-suite shower room. As the house is reached via stairway it is sadly unsuitable for less able travellers.

Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!
