This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment with a modern design is located in the heart of Playa Paraiso, on the first line to the beach and with an exit to the promenade. Its sunny terrace offers an incredible panoramic view of the ocean. The complex has a great location with all the infrastructure needed, a swimming pool, restaurants, the best SPAs nearby and access to Hard Rock with musical programs. The complex has 24-hour security and is within walking distance of supermarkets and shopping mall.

Desconecta de la rutina en este alojamiento único y relajante. Este espacioso, luminoso y elegante apartamento tiene impresionantes vistas al mar desde el gran balcón frontal y desde el dormitorio principal. Está completamente equipado con TV, Wi-Fi gratuito, utensilios de cocina, lavadora, secador de pelo, etc. El aire acondicionado esta en el salon y en el dormitorio principal. La propiedad se encuentra a dos pasos de la playa de Callao y muy cerca de muchos cafés, restaurantes y tiendas.

Cet appartement en duplex de 2 chambres avec une terrasse de 27m2 sur le toit à 100m de la plage de Callao Salvaje et avec un belle piscine ainsi qu'une place de parking sous-terraine, conviendra parfaitement aux voyageurs désirant un lieu où ils pourront travailler et se reposer dans un cadre familial. Internet à haut-débit accessible aux 3 étages de l'appartement. Plage est à 100m, la piscine au rdc et les commerces à moins de 5' à pied. Adeje à 10 minutes en voiture et bus à 5' à pied.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Appartement 2/4 personnes récemment rénové tout confort. Plage surveillée à 100 m, toutes commodités au pied de la résidence restaurants, bars, boulangerie française, pharmacie, médecin, et divers magasins! Arrêt de bus 100m qui dessert Costa Adeje, Las Americas, Los Cristianos etc…. Très pratique quand on ne veut ou on ne peut pas louer de voiture! Parking à proximité! Appartement inaccessible aux handicapés
