You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. A short walk or drive to pristine sugar white sand "pet friendly" beach that stretches for miles either way with no condos or tall apartments anywhere to be seen. Plenty of room for boats and trailers on this 1/2 acre. You and your guests share a private entertainment area which converts to a bedroom. A private bedroom is also provided. Bathroom includes a shower. Small kitchen area with mini refrigerator, sink and microwave.

This is a roomy 500 square foot (46 m2) bright and airy studio with full bath. The beach is just a half-mile away; an easy walk or a very short drive. Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
