This house is built directly above a secluded beach in Gordon's Bay. It has five majestic milkwood trees and an indigenous garden. The sea is often calm and the sandy beach is suitable for children. There are rock pools and cormorants and seals in the bay. The harbour and the village are within walking distance. The house sleeps four people, but only one bedroom is fully enclosed; the rest of the house is open plan. Sam lives upstairs and will be there to welcome you on your arrival.

Fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher + gas hob opens onto the dining/lounge. Guests relax on the long shady patio with stunning views across to the mountains. A small private swimming pool is perfect for late drinks as the sun sets over the mountains. A birdwatchers paradise.

This versatile thatched roofed cottage is centrally located in a private setting offering contemporary country comfort with a dash of history. It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property with its own entrance and secluded garden. The cottage consists of 3 en suite bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The rates are based on 2 people sharing a room. Using additional rooms comes with an additional charge. Pets are permitted on request at an additional charge.

Woodend and its sister Orchard Cottage are situated on Le Vallon, a farm within easy walking distance of the quaint village of Franschhoek, the food and wine capital of South Africa. The cottage consist of 2 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds.
