Cozy house located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Porto Cristo, Mallorca. 100 meters from the beach. The house is about 80 square meters, has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and two bedrooms. All rooms face the street, providing lots of natural light. This apartment is the closest to the sea and is by the sand with direct access to the pool and the beach. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private lounge chairs.
