Nice apartment located on very first line with stunning sea views. The apartment is in groud floor and consists of a living room, terrace, open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. It is fully equipped. Located in the heart of Fornells in the emblematic Es Castell building with a magnificent shared pool and with direct access to a protected swimming area in the sea. It has a car parking space, storage room and free wi-fi internet access. Tourist services (room service, food and drinks, etc...) are not provided inside the house during the clients' stay. The Balearic Government tourist tax (eur 2.20 per day and person over 16 years old) is NOT included in the price. Very elegant apartment, decorated in Menorcan style, well located in Playas de Fornells, close (10-minute walk) to the family beach of Cala Tirant, and with spectacular views of the sea and Cap de Cavalleria. The 3 bedrooms are designed as suites worthy of a boutique hotel: they all have their shower rooms, toilet, dressing room and office area, as well as beautiful windows with unobstructed views, which can be obscured by curtains and shutters.
