Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

In a charming community garden, facing south and facing one of the most beautiful coves in Menorca (Calo Blanc), next to Camí de Cavalls and 250m from Binisafuller beach. A comfortable space, tastefully renovated and very well equipped (Wifi, air conditioning, 160cm bed, ...) in which to enjoy its terrace and its huge pool, which includes a children's area. Beautiful place, ideal to rest and a step away from restaurants of national and international food.

CASA MILOS B&B annex with swimming pool by the sea

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The sea view, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterize this peaceful place. The large windows in every room give light to the entire house, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

The apartment is located on a separate first floor and consists of a main stay where there is the entrance, open kitchen and dining room. Then there is the room with 150cm bed and separate en-suite bathroom. The dining room gives access to the terrace overlooking the ocean. It has about 25 square meters and has a table with chairs and an umbrella where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner and two hammocks for sunbathing.
