This apartment is bright, practical and has everything you need so you don't miss home. This apartment is designed for four people to live together without getting in each other's way. You have two private bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a second one with two single beds. The balcony is the perfect complement to the natural light in the living room. It's designed for you to go out and get some air, read a bit, or simply enjoy the Barcelona climate from the balcony. A simple luxury, but one that's greatly appreciated at the end of the day. You don't need to fill your suitcase with shampoo, soap, towels, a hairdryer or an iron; you'll find everything here. If you're coming with children or babies, let us know in advance. If we have availability, we'll provide a cot or a high chair so you don't have to carry the whole house with you. Honestly, with everything there is to see in Barcelona, we don't think you'll need it, but there's a TV in case you decide one night that the best plan is simply to stay in and watch a film. The apartment is yours while you're here, so feel free to use anything you find. We want you to enjoy the apartment, but also to take care of it as if it were your own (or better, if possible). No parties: The apartment is for relaxing, not for opening a nightclub. Quiet after 10 pm: The neighbours are lovely, and we want them to stay that way. No smoking: So that the air remains fresh for everyone.

VALLS 7, located on a 19th century building, is a 2019 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 4th floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

This 55 m² apartment features a double bedroom, a cozy living room with balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom – everything you need to feel at home. Maximum capacity: 3 people (sofa bed for 1 guest) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. The photos may differ slightly from your selected apartment. Cleaning service after 5 days of stay is included. Daily cleaning and change of towels is not included but can be booked for an extra cost. Stag or hen parties or similar parties are strictly forbidden. Children up to 3 years stay for free in existing beds. Older children are considered as adults.
