Ideal for solo travellers or couples, the light modern interior features iconic design furniture, while the little balcony offers park views up towards Montjuïc hill. There are two bedrooms with one 140cm * 200cm bed each. These bedrooms are separated by a slidding wood wall. They share the lounge area with a small sofa, two airmchairs, a flatscreen TV and pleanty of storage space. There is a dining area with a huge dinning table and the kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-hob, BOSCH washing machine dryer combo, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave. The bathroom has a shower big enough for two and is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, ironing equipment. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in after 23.00h has a 20€ surcharge. Check-ins after 2400 have a surcharge of 30 euros. ATTENTION: Fourth floor without elevator. The space is an independent and private apartment in a building with other residents. Guests have key access to the entrance of the building and their apartment. This apartment is bright, practical and has everything you need so you don't miss home. This apartment is designed for four people to live together without getting in each other's way. You have two private bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a second one with two single beds. The balcony is the perfect complement to the natural light in the living room. It's designed for you to go out and get some air, read a bit, or simply enjoy the Barcelona climate from the balcony. A simple luxury, but one that's greatly appreciated at the end of the day. You don't need to fill your suitcase with shampoo, soap, towels, a hairdryer or an iron; you'll find everything here. If you're coming with children or babies, let us know in advance. If we have availability, we'll provide a cot or a high chair so you don't have to carry the whole house with you. Honestly, with everything there is to see in Barcelona, we don't think you'll need it, but there's a TV in case you decide one night that the best plan is simply to stay in and watch a film. The apartment is yours while you're here, so feel free to use anything you find. We want you to enjoy the apartment, but also to take care of it as if it were your own (or better, if possible). No parties: The apartment is for relaxing, not for opening a nightclub. Quiet after 10 pm: The neighbours are lovely, and we want them to stay that way. No smoking: So that the air remains fresh for everyone.

So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
