Casa Maresia is located on the north beach in the first row practically on the sea. Its location allows the view and connection with the environment to be a unique experience with the comforts of a modern house and relaxation spaces on the beach. Hot water for the shower, LED lights in all rooms, a refrigerator, and a 220v socket to charge cell phones and small speakers. The house does not include bed linens. It has solar panels that automatically charge water and has USB ports for charging cell phones. It has a beautiful view of the lighthouse, small courtyard in front of the house and another behind. It was known to be from a couple of people originally from Cape Polonium. Hence its name, a tribute to La Nena y el Indio part of the history of this beautiful and particular spa.
