Magnificent stone farmhouse, approximately 200 m², located just 1 km from the centre of Sommières, a charming medieval village. Capacity 17 beds, up to 23 with the 2nd cottage (on request), ideal for large families or groups of friends. Strategic location: 30 min from the sea (La Grande-Motte) and Montpellier, 25 min from Nîmes and Anduze. Sommières is very lively in summer: night markets, feria, bullfighting traditions, numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.
